We contribute to human resource management, general cleanliness, Transport management services, security, and finance as well as Procurement functions in the Hospital. The support and administration services are therefore non-medical interventions that offer recurrent aid to the core medical services, without which the existence of the hospital would not be in place.

The key activities of the department include among others:
- Maintain welfare and functional Human Resources for Health within the facility
- Ensure the Finances are well planned for and managed
- Promote the best procurement practices that are in accordance with the law.
- Ensure that medical equipment and infrastructure maintenance is well done within the sub-Acholi Region.
- Ensure adherence to the expected ethical and legal compliance expectations.
- Promote the institution’s public relations role within the region and beyond
- Ensure all buildings, machinery and equipment are functional
